This publication helps business owners understand how to comply with the US Department of Justice’s revised ADA regulations and the ADA Standards.

Here you can read the accessibility standards issued under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) that apply to places of public accommodation, including small businesses. The ADA Standards are based on minimum guidelines set by the US Access Board.
